About SourceVision
AI visibility built for ecommerce brands, wherever they sell.
SourceVision is an AI visibility and agent-readiness platform for ecommerce brands: it measures how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe and recommend your products, fixes the gaps with your approval, and prepares your store for AI agents that shop and buy.
Made for ecommerce from the start, not adapted from a tool built for websites in general.
Why we built SourceVision
More shoppers now ask an AI assistant what to buy, and AI agents are starting to search, compare and check out for them. The brand rarely sees any of it. An assistant can describe your product well, describe it wrongly, or leave it out, and nothing in your store's reports tells you which.
We saw this from the inside, running and promoting brands on Shopify, Amazon and Walmart. When we measured one of our users, the skincare brand Jericho, in September 2026, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity recommended it in 1 of 225 answers. Its product pages were written for shoppers and search engines, and they did not answer the questions the assistants were asking.
We wanted one tool that measures this honestly and then fixes the product page itself, so we built it: SourceVision asks the assistants the questions your shoppers ask, shows you what they say, proposes fixes from facts you confirm, applies only what you approve, and checks that the change landed. How it works and how we measure explain each step.
What we are working toward
-
See what the assistants say
Any brand should be able to see how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe its products, measured honestly, with the range across runs and the limits stated.
-
Fix it from facts you confirm
Product pages that answer the questions shoppers and assistants ask, written from your own facts and changed only with your approval.
-
Be ready for agents that buy
Stores whose product data, policies and pages an AI agent can read and trust, as agents begin to shop and check out for people.
-
Every channel you sell on
Shopify first, then Amazon, then the other places your products are sold.
Who is behind it
Ronen Amit
Founder, SourceVision
Ronen Amit has worked in digital marketing for 27 years and in ecommerce for 25, building and promoting brands on marketplaces and on the brands' own stores. In 2007 he founded the ecommerce consultancy that took the name SellerAct in 2015. It helps companies launch and grow online across the major ecommerce platforms and sales channels, and has been a Shopify Service Partner since 2015. In 2017 he co-founded SellerApps, which builds Shopify apps for small businesses, starting with one that lets store owners create their own mobile app.
He is the CMO of AG Beauty, where he is responsible for several brands and promotes them on Shopify, Amazon and Walmart. That daily work, watching how shoppers and now AI assistants find products, is where SourceVision started.
He holds an MBA from the University of Victoria and speaks about using AI for business research and planning, including at the VIATEC AI Meetup in Victoria, British Columbia.
How we work
- You approve every change. Nothing is written to your store before you approve it.
- No medical or outcome claims. The app never writes them, and it never edits fixed product text such as directions or ingredients.
- No customer data. The app reads products, product pages and the theme list. It does not read customers or orders.
